She is not only highly skilled but also warm, bubbly, and genuinely invested in her clients’ skin health. I would trust her with my skin (and my life) without hesitation! Katerina is equally wonderful—truly the kindest soul. While I was considering a BB cream, she generously gave me a sample… which turned out to be more like the entire jar! Exceptional service and kindness like this are rare and so appreciated. My only regret? Not booking more treatments! But I’ll be back soon for Botox, laser treatments, and, of course, another Hydrafacial with Ayanna. If you’re looking for expert care in a welcoming environment, this is the place to be. I’ve only been there for a week and I’m noticing huge improvements and the fact that they have Olivia there as a hormone specialist to get down to the root of the acne causes.
